It’s been a few months since the world’s gotten any new music from Dillon Cooper as he’s been hard at work on his debut mixtape, but the 19-year-old Brooklyn-born emcee decided it had been just a little bit too long.

With some new fire cooked up by Jay Da Great, Dillon grabbed hold of the mic and laid down a track called “Notions,” airing much of what’s been on his mind throughout his time in and out of the studio this summer.
