Earlier this summer, Deon Chase, Avenue and Fran P linked up for a standout track called, “Just Livin’,” and the trio released the accompanying visuals just under two weeks ago to coincide with the release of Avenue’s debut mixtape, Words Speak Life.

This is one of those videos I watched several times, thoroughly enjoyed, shared on Facebook and Twitter, but just never got around to posting on the site in the midst of my daily musings.

But… it’s Deon Chase’s 18th birthday. So in the spirit of celebration, I’ll play my “better late than never” card.
